Business constraints

What's included

MSAP provides two out the box constraints, allowing macro space planners to optimise the model runs based on store or estate level:

Fixed sections
Define fixture allocation for specific sections. The optimization automatically assigns the set number of fixtures to each section.

Min and Max Section Limits
Set minimum and maximum fixture ranges for optimization within each section. For instance, you can establish a range of 3 to 7 fixtures. The optimization will then recommend fixture numbers within this specified range for the section.

Onboarding process

We deliver several workshops to assess data and operational requirements:

Workshop 1: Data assessment to review the sales and space data. We provide a recommendation on how the data must be structured before ingesting into the model.

Workshop 2: Business operations assessment, to build out detailed workflows to understand how the business makes space allocation decisions and recommend how this can be restructured using the platform.

Our analyst ingest your data into the excel model and provide 2-3 further workshops to walk your stakeholders through the data and the excel functionality.

Assess data integration requirements. A data contract is put in place to securely capture data base access credentials and to clearly locate data sources
